After playing for the Junior Kangaroos in a match against the Junior Kiwis, Radley then played for the New South Wales under-20s team in a match against the Queensland under-20s side.During the 2018 season, Radley played a total of 25 games for Eastern Suburbs, helping the team to win their fourth minor premiership in the past six years.
During the 23rd round of the NRL season, Radley played his 50th game for the Sydney Roosters and scored a try in their victory over the St. George Illawarra Dragons at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium. The Roosters won the game 12-34. At ANZ Stadium, the team won the 2019 NRL Grand Final against Canberra, and Radley was a participant in the game.
